Payment security is an absolute priority. All electronic data transferred during transaction processing is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / 256-bit SSL). Card details are processed directly by certified Level 1 PCI-DSS payment gateways. RAK & SPA SERVICES never stores or has access to your full credit card number or CVV security code.
All transactions are denominated and billed in Euros (€ / EUR). Applicable French Value Added Tax (TVA) is included in consumer prices at the statutory rate in force. A detailed VAT invoice showing our intra-community VAT identification number (FR13508088812) is provided electronically for every completed transaction.
In accordance with the Revised Payment Services Directive (PSD2), online card transactions require Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure 2.0). Depending on your banking institution, authentication may involve a confirmation code delivered via mobile application or SMS to guarantee unauthorized charges are prevented.
