Returns & Refund Policy

Under Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), consumers benefit from a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days. At RAK & SPA SERVICES, we extend this guarantee to a comprehensive 30-day satisfaction window from the date of package receipt.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the eligible products for a full refund or exchange within this 30-day window.

Because dietary supplements and wellness goods are intended for human consumption, strict health and sanitary regulations apply under Article L. 221-28 5° of the Consumer Code:

• • Products must remain unopened, in their original external packaging, with all factory safety seals and shrink-wrap intact.
• • Items that have been unsealed, opened, or altered cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene and health protection grounds.
• • Promotional sets or bundle packages must be returned in their entirety.

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

1. 1. Contact our Paris team via email at [email protected] indicating your order reference, item details, and reason for return.
2. 2. Our team will issue a Return Authorization Reference and provide instructions for return dispatch.
3. 3. Securely repack the unopened items and dispatch to our Paris headquarters:

Once your returned parcel is delivered to our Paris facility, our quality control team inspects packaging seals within two (2) business days. Upon approval, your refund is credited using the original payment method (Credit Card, Apple Pay, or SEPA transfer) within five (5) to ten (10) business days. You will receive an electronic confirmation once the refund has posted.
